My Story

After 35 years as a Purchasing Manager in the manufacturing industry, I never imagined that my next chapter would involve butter, flour, chocolate, and a whole lot of cookies!

Baking started as something I enjoyed for fun, but over time, I discovered a real passion for creating chunky, bakery-style cookies—the kind that are thick, soft, indulgent, and packed with delicious ingredients. I loved experimenting with flavors, textures, and combinations, and before long, family and friends were encouraging me to share my cookies with more people.

There’s something special about creating a cookie from scratch and watching someone take that first bite. I wanted my cookies to feel a little different from the ordinary—big, generous, beautifully crafted, and made to be enjoyed. My years in manufacturing taught me the importance of quality, consistency, attention to detail, and taking pride in the finished product, and I bring those same values into every batch of cookies I make.

What began as a new creative adventure has grown into something I truly love. Every cookie is handcrafted with care, a little creativity, and a whole lot of passion. And after 35 years in manufacturing, I can honestly say that this is one product I never get tired of making!
