Ya'll need cookies?

After  spending my career as a Purchasing Manager for a manufacturing company, I am ready for my next chapter.  I've always loved to cook.  One day, I decided to sharpen my skills as a baker.  My goal was to create spectacular cookies using fine ingredients and the skills I have worked on for the past few years.   I began with a single recipe and my family & friends were my samplers.   Almost immediately their reaction was the same "you could sell these".  So I began my quest to create "love you can taste".
